4️⃣GORILLA ROW TO DEADLIFT
🤸🏻♀️This circuit have me working all three planes of motion while also implementing primal movement patterns like HINGING, PULLING AND LUNGING to concentrate on building my posterior chain: GLUTES, HAMSTRINGS & BACK.
☝🏽TIP: Concentrate on the quality of your movement. Do not rush your reps. Create maximal tension through your body to really feel it in every muscle.
