I was 28 years old when I started going to the gym consistently. I can’t believe it’s been 10 years! I want to share 10 reasons why women need to start lifting weights. I truly believe that resistance training is what kept me looking young and staying fit.

2️⃣Boost metabolism: Weight lifting can increase the metabolic rate, which can help women burn more calories and lose fat.


3️⃣Increase bone density: Lifting weights can help women increase their bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis and other bone-related disorders.🦴

4️⃣Improve posture: Resistance training can help women improve their posture by strengthening the muscles that support the spine and improve alignment.


5️⃣Enhance overall physical performance by increasing strength, power, and endurance. So they can move like an athlete and make every day life easier.

6️⃣ Reduce the risk of injury by improving balance, stability, and coordination, lowering the risk of falls and other injuries.


7️⃣Improve heart health: Weight lifting can improve cardiovascular health by reducing blood pressure and increasing heart function.
