THREE MAIN LIFTS YOU NEED IN YOUR WORKOUT PROGRAM TO GROW YOUR GLUTES
🫣I don’t know who needs to hear this but you can’t grow your glutes with just booty bands. (Sorry to the booty band queens out there!)
As much as I love using resistance bands as a tool for my training, bands can only get you so far.
🗺Imagine you want to get to Vancouver from Toronto. You can walk there, but it will take you a long time and eventually you’ll get there. Or you can drive or fly there to get to your destination. This is the same thing with training. You have to add in variety and put your muscles through load by using weights like dumbbells, barbells, machines or whatever that works for you.
Three of my favourite lifts to grow your glutes🍑
1. BACK SQUAT
2. HIP THRUST
3. DEADLIFTS
Add variations of these three lifts and train them frequently will get you to the desired destination.
