🙇🏻♀️ I get it! The gym can be an intimidating space if you are new to it. But be proud of yourself if you are brave enough to be a beginner and even suck at something new! It takes a lot of courage to make this step. This year is about personal growth and if you have no idea what your doing at the gym space you would most likely go to the gym and do the same exercises that you are comfortable with. That could be hitting up the treadmill for a walk followed with few bicep curls then peace out.✌🏼A few weeks or even months pasts and you’re not seeing results so you get discouraged and don’t ever want to step foot into the gym space again. I feel your pain because I was there once too. Just doing things you’re comfortable with. Well let me tell you that the comfort zone is a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there. 🌱
